Congratulations to the Prairie Baseball Academy Dawgs for finishing first with a 20-6 record in the 2012 CCBC season. The Dawgs are the defending CCBC champions and will be looking to repeat this coming week in Kamloops at the CCBC Championship, May 10-13. PBA will be the number #1 seed followed by Thompson Rivers University WolfPack, VIBI Mariners, Okanagan College Coyotes, and the University of Calgary Dinos. [See CCBC Championship details]
Note: VIBI and OC were tied with 13-15 records, therefore tie-breaking criteria was used to determine 3rd and 4th place. VIBI’s record against the 1st place PBA was 2 wins and 4 losses while OC’s record against PBA was 1 win and 5 losses. VIBI is given the 3rd seed and OC the 4th.
