Blue Jay Shoma Sasaki has been selected to participate in the 2011 Mizuno Elite Development Camp to be held September 8-10 at the Rogers Centre in Toronto. Shoma is one of eleven players from BC selected to join with the top 15-16 year old players from across Canada. Shoma had an outstanding season for the Junior Jays in 2011. He finished 8th in the BCJPBL in hitting with a .352 BA and an amazing .528 OBP while helping his team win the 2011 BCJPBL Tournament Championship. Congratulations to Shoma and his family!
